RADIO CONTROLLED HELICOPTERS

I started this sport in September 2003.  To get started, I joined  East Fortune Aero Modellers who advised me to get a Thunder Tiger Raptor 30.  I only managed a dozen flights in a whole year, but practiced and practiced on my Realflight G2 simulator.  I now have a Raptor90SE, two Raptor 50's and a T-Rex 450XL.  I am now using PhoenixRC.

Beginner Tips. (From a beginner!)

1. Join a club!  Until you gain experience you need the experience of others.

2. Get a flight simulator.  Crashing doesn't cost you anything.

3. Practice, practice and practice even more.  The more you fly the more you learn!

4. Fly safe!
